The dragonfly house is an elegant & whimsical sanctuary. There are lots of windows & skylights which make it light & inviting. It is decorated in soothing colors throughout. Guests always tell us that it's hard to leave when it's time to go home.

* Bedrooms:
The upstairs master has a plush queen size bed w/luxurious bedding and french doors to the small balcony which overlooks an arboleda in front of Schwan Lagoon. There is a comfy chair next to the bed for reading. The master bath is all travertine w/glass mosaic tile, a deep jacuzzi tub w/a unique European shower door that swings in & out & a small walk-in closet w/2 luggage racks for your convenience. There is a set of drawers for storage & an armoire houses a flatscreen TV w/a DVD player for your enjoyment. From this room you can hear ducks settling in for the night when you do and songbirds welcoming the new day.

The charming guest bedroom is also upstairs. It has a full size bed, small deck and its own adjacent bathroom with shower. There is also a luggage rack in this closet. Occasionally you can hear the waves and sea lions from this room. Both upstairs bathrooms have hair dryers & plush towels.

* Kitchen/Dining:
The fully–stocked gourmet kitchen features beautiful concrete counters, all stainless steel appliances including a Viking range w/ Jenn Air grill & convection oven & a quiet Bosch dishwasher. The utility garage houses a coffee maker, toaster & blender. We have lovely dishes & utensils. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bars tools at the lovely curved concrete counter right next to it. There is a juicer, waffler & built-in microwave as well as anything else you may need. There is high-speed internet connection available for you to hook your laptop up to. Kitchen & dining rooms both have skylights that flood the area with beautiful light.

* Living Area:
An open floor plan with an opening wall system meaning, when you open the triple panel German glass door the beautiful backyard becomes an extension of the living room. Radiantly heated concrete floors & the instant-on gas fireplace assure coziness. The sofa folds out to a comfortable queen bed. Pillows and linens are in the armoire. There is a TV with DVD/VCR player. There are assorted games, cards, movies and CDs in the credenza and a collection of books in the hall. The downstairs half bath has a one-of-a-kind red dyed concrete counter.

* Backyard: dragonfly
The backyard is a haven for relaxation. There is a hammock, 2 adirondack chairs, a charcoal BBQ, patio table that seats 6 and a birdbath. It is a nature lovers delight since it backs up to the Schwan Lagoon. Our feeders attract all kinds of birds that will delight you and provide endless entertainment.

* Garage:
There is a set of quiet energy efficient washer & dryer in the garage & an iron & ironing board.

This are also boogie boards, surf and wake boards, bicycles (adult) and helmets and assorted sand toys. Additionally there are fluffy beach towels and beach chairs.

* Parking:
There is parking in the driveway for 2 regular size cars. There is one sideways slot in front of the house for an additional car.
